 Ask the right questions, get the right answers. While not advertised at all, Sombra does run a little side gig out of her workshop in the back of the arcade. Any deal made with Sombra for custom projects (ranging from building gaming PCs, to custom app coding, to cybernetic repairs and upgrades, and more) is strictly an agreement with Sombra herself, not Glitch Kitty. She won't deal with anyone who isn't willing to pay the "right price"... whatever the hell that means. Note: Any Sombra deals will have to be discussed with me directly! She's fussy over what work she takes. | |

There's one last thing of note in this weird little cyber den of games, tech, and nonsense: a lazer tag arena in the basement! It's definitely all up to code (don't look too hard at how haphazard everything is, it's just the aesthetic) and, because it's easy enough to change around, the layout is always being refreshed when Sombra inevitably gets bored with it! And because it's all so DIY customizable, it does also make it a great venue space. And with Halloween coming up and how haunted the basement looks right now - well, haunted house and Halloween bash in the arcade, anyone? (More details on that coming in October!) | |

How has your character acquired this business?
Sombra found an arcade for sale (for fairly cheap since the business and building both need some TLC & the owner wanted to retire already), wanted it, slapped down funds from herself and her Dominant (South), then got said Dominant to sign all necessary paperwork! So legally South is the owner, but the business really is Sombra's. Wash will also (begrudgingly) come on to help run the place when Sombra inevitably decides she doesn't want to manage she just wants to play games, hang out, and build cool shit for the arcade (and herself) in the back.
It's a bit of a passion project for Sombra, and one of her Dominant's many, many gifts to her spoiled little submissive. So while Sombra will be in charge of procuring equipment, games, prizes, and organizing upgrades, she will have business help from mostly Wash (the responsible one) and South (the less responsible one), her two primary business partners.

Only the COOLEST HANG OUT ZONE but no while there for sure are/have been fun places around town, Sombra's arcade bar will serve as a fun LIER owned business for everyone to use as backdrops to their threads and character's lives in game. Cute dates, fun shit to do when you don't want to think about how fucked up the world is, a place to enjoy yourself, play some games, be a nerd, and do whatever! I'd love to add a place that has 80's energy but also cyberpunk vibes, especially for nerdy and/or tech types like Sombra to enjoy and (hopefully) frequent.

While the business will be starting out as primarily an arcade(/barcade), the idea here is to expand over time to include new aspects of Glitch Kitty as Sombra has new ideas. The building itself (an old townhouse style, connected to two other buildings on each side) consists of three levels: the main level which houses the arcade and bar, the basement which is a pretty DIY space where she's set up a (definitely not up to code but shhh) lazer tag arena with moveable/temporary obstacles that can be switched out to make space for event venues (such as the HAUNTED HOUSE I'd love to have her do for Halloween), and a top floor that was probably some kind of little shop or apartment in the past, but is now being used as staff only storage and whatever the hell else Sombra shoves in there for now. She will also be running an unadvertised personal side hustle out of her workshop in the back where, for the right price, Sombra will repair and/or custom build various projects ranging from building gaming PCs, to custom app coding, to cybernetic repairs and upgrades.
Some future ideas have already been discussed OOC, but an upgrade to implement them will come later on. Basically, I want something of a fixer upper with lots of potential for Sombra to keep herself (and her friends) busy!

favouritehaunted spot!All Hallow's Eve approaches, and with it, so does spooOOOoOOOOky things that lurk (and glow!) in the dark!
That's what the posters around town claim, anyway, written of course by the creative mind behind the newly opened arcade. And she does not disappoint: from top to bottom, Glitch Kitty arcade and bar has become a well haunted place in the Down, decked out in decorations, glowing skeletons, neon scribbles that glow under the blacklight that engulfs the place, pumpkins of all personalities, hanging bats and spiders, silhouettes of witches and ghouls...
So come in costume, and receive some treats!
The arcade is up and running, with all sorts of games to choose from! Everything seems bathed in purple, green, and orange lights - from the decorations and built in ambiance lighting alike. And everywhere you look, it looks like Halloween ate a bunch of glowsticks and neon spray paint then vomited it all back up in here. Glowing under the blacklight are skeletons and ghosts, dangling from the ceiling are bats and witch hats and streamers, scattered everywhere are glowing, carved pumpkins, and the claw machines are filled with candy, plush, and toys both spooky and adorable. It's weird, it's spooky, it's dark and glowing and wild, and it's obvious that someone had a lot of fun with decorating and chaotic doodling all over the place.
For the most part, the games operate as normal. But if you get the occasional jumpscare on your game that should not have jumpscares, well. That sounds like real haunted shit and certainly not at all a giggling little hacker up to nonsense behind the scenes, now doesn't it?
Well and truly spookified includes, of course, the bar area! The regular stuff is still around, but for Halloweek? Oh yeah, there's lots of extra treats. And in a city like this it's just so hard to know what is and isn't some sort of aphro drugged treat, so sometimes business owners just order what looks neat, so if you find the following effects...
Gummy Critters: you want it raw, rough, and feral
Crunchy Chocolate Eyeballs: you have only eyes (and lust) for the next person you see (for at least 20 minutes)
Those Horrible Licorice Candies No One Ever Wants: clothes are suddenly hateful and awful and you want to be naked and free
Not Skittles: one person is not enough, let's add a few hands and holes, shall we?
Black Cat Marshmallows: it sounds so nice to have an owner, doesn't it? Or to have a pretty pet in your lap...
...well, you ate it already, so might as well roll with it!
The one, the only: the Spooky Haunted Murder Basement Maze - a Glitch Kitty special!
While the non-spooky version of the arcade's basement is actually a lazer tag arena, for one week only, Sombra has turned the entire course into a haunted maze extravaganza! It's haphazard to hell (OSHA violations? You mean the crazy cool Halloween decorations?) but clearly made with gusto, every corner filled with spooky props and things much more ghoulish than up in the arcade area. Chains hang from ceiling, scenes get bloodier the deeper you go, telling the story of a tragic mad scientist and a ruined wedding, there's unsettling noises, things that scurry and jump out at you, ghostly figures darting by just in the corner of your eye, vanishing into the dark if you try to look too hard - be careful!
Many who go through the maze will feel as though they're being stalked. Others swear they hear the ghostly giggles and cries of a grieving widow. The truly cursed swear they're grabbed by a real, ghostly hand, and a very select few even emerge with a mysterious purple lipstick kiss on them...
Either way, all those who survive are treated to a bag of assorted candy & a free drink from the makeshift second bar that's set up in the basement for the event!
The Halloween night party doesn't stop, and the later it gets, the more... loose (in more ways than one) everyone seems to be. Turns out when you mix alcohol and random aphro-dosed treats at a party, you tend to get some people hot and bothered.
By the time midnight approaches, the Bride declares from atop the bar: fuck it, amigos, fuck where ever you want! Haha!
Find a corner with someone, or join the other corner that's filled with someones. At this point, all sections of the arcade are fair game. You want to fuck on the air hockey table? Go for it. Want to suck mad dick under the light of the butcher's den surrounded by plastic feet dangling from the ceiling? Hell yeah, freak. Have a literal roll in the hay in the literal hay pile that is the little lounge area, lit now only with the orange flickering light from several dozen Jack o' Lanterns? Go ahead!
(Or you can just keep playing DDR if you want. The arcade, bar, and prize counter are open all night! Unless the bartender or person running the prize desk are too busy getting railed somewhere. It's fine, we'll figure it out.)
Have fun, have sex, play games, win prizes, get horror themed freaky, go wild and do what you want!
